Missing or Incorrect Payout?
Have you uploaded your payout info on your account yet?
YES: Please confirm the information is correct, then submit a ticket and include the sales month/s that are missing and describe your situation.
NO: Please read the New Seller Setup Guide (LINK) on your Seller Dashboard for Payout options and setup tips, then add your payout info to your account :) Once you have, we’ll automatically send you your first payout when applicable to your payout setup--either when we issue payouts on the first US bank business day of the following month, or when you’ve earned at least $500 for a wire transfer.
Please note: The onus is on sellers to keep track of their payout history for their own records--we will not go digging to send you info already posted to your bank account :)
Please note: Payouts are sent on the first US bank business day--this means no weekends or US holidays :) After that it can take a few days for the money to show in your account! If your payout is missing 6 US bank business days after payouts are sent, submit a ticket! If not, your ticket will be ignored and closed without a reply.
